I struggled to find a COMPLETE and CURRENT prenatal workout program when I found out we were expecting. I tried to keep up with my normal routine but I found I was modifying everything and didn't feel like i was getting the benefits of the program. Having trained pregnant women for years I decided to "train" myself!
Throughout my entire pregnancy I filmed workouts for you to use for years to come. I spent a lot of time and care programming each workout to make sure it was safe and effective for you and baby. I have 27 trimester specific workouts at all levels of intensity and difficulty. I wanted to make sure you had something to progress you through each week no matter how you felt. If you had an intense amount of energy and wanted to rock something more advanced I have you covered. If you are super fatigued and wondering how you can even get out of bed I have more gentle programs.
I have 9 workouts for you at each trimester giving you a total of 27 workouts to utilize during your pregnancy! In each video I'm right there with you whether it's 12 weeks and wanting to hurl or 38 weeks and experiencing feeling all sorts of pains. I am working through it all right by your side!
My goal with this series was to take care of YOU! You are working so hard on growing your little one that I wanted to take the guess work out of fitness for you...and show you a little love :)
