I started taking the Balance Method at a time in my life when I was exercising regularly and taking spinning classes. After my first session with Becky, I could hardly walk the next day and was sore for days afterwards so I knew that I was getting a quality work out. I also usually feel noticeably thinner/toned the morning after a work out with her! It's not that her class is depleting or incredibly strenuous, but Becky has a way of combining toning exercizes and circuit training in a way that maximizes benefits. I've had two licensed personal trainers in the past that I've hired from Gold's Gym and Equinox but their service, disposition and results have come no where close to Becky and her method.
