This 55-minute high intensity metabolic workout is a complete total body workout comprised of strength training, muscle endurance and fatigue and flexibility training. The beauty of metabolic training is that while strength remains the central focus, your heart rate remains very active and you actually achieve a complete cardiovascular workout as you strength train. You're able to achieve two workouts in one leaving you with more time in your week to complete other tasks and you achieve results faster.

The creator, Becky Tinney, is living and breathing proof that her method works. Before she created her program she was up and down with weight and was an extreme yo-yo dieter. She spent hours working out with disappointing results. It wasn't until she started doing her program full time that she was able to take her body from a size 8-10 to a size 2.

This type of training is very specific to your needs. Each workout is designed around your training level and your fitness goals. Becky works through each exercise with you to guarantee you're maintaining proper form and balance while motivating you to finish strong!
PRIVATE IN-HOME BOOT CAMPS
Picture you and your friends getting together for a book club but instead of discussing the book you're all working out! With the private in-home boot camp you and a minimum of 4 friends meet at a decided location and are taken through about 30 minutes of group work and then a 30-minute circuit that targets every muscle in your body. This 60-minute workout is set to music (which you can select if desired) and in the privacy of your own home you get a chance to laugh, connect, and sweat it out with your closest friends!
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING:
This type of training includes you plus one or two other people. Couples training or small group training can be a unique way to motivate each other to push to higher levels. It is a wonderful way to connect with a friend or spouse while getting a great workout and achieving results together!
PARAMOUNT PICTURES STUDIO - STRENGTHEN AND LENGTHEN:
This class is a 50-minute muscle endurance and core conditioning class. I target every muscle in your body and send you off to work! This is a great way to end your workweek with a bang! But come ready to workout…the only thing that won't hurt is your hair! Located at Plus One Studio on Paramount Lot **Every Friday 7:40-8:30am**
